Village of Pinehurst Rentals began in 1981 when Rick Phillips and Don Gephart founded the business, initially focusing on real estate sales. In 1997, after Don retired, Connie Harrison joined Rick to grow the property management and rental side of the business. Over the years, we’ve expanded our services to meet the needs of the Moore County community, providing both vacation and long-term rental options. Today, we manage numerous properties with a dedicated team of experts ready to assist you with all your rental needs.
